8 oz package seasons aprox 3 cups of rice per cooking directions. (A little goes a long way. We preferred a pack per 6-7 cups of rice.) Rice is not included in the package. All natural. OU pareve. Really delicious!
"Orange" pack requires cooking. The other flavors do not- they are ready to mix.

GREEN- with pine nuts and fried onions
BLUE- with almonds, cranberries and fried onions
RED- with cranberries, coconut and almonds
ORANGE- with fried onions, herbs and vegetables
