A note about crystallization:
We only sell the freshest product, but all raw honey will begin to crystalize with time and temperature changes.
Crystallization in honey is a natural process that does not damage taste or quality. Just as ice turns back into water, honey will re-liquify when warmed.
If shipped or stored during colder weather, honey can be heated in microwave (lid off) or oven.
