Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE (not including tax, gift wrapping, or handling charges.) Free shipping offer applies to ground shipping on IN-STOCK retail orders in the continental US only. Bulk items, special orders and backordered items may not qualify for free shipping. Free Shipping is a limited time promotion.
Standard Delivery: (usually 2-10 business days)
We offer standard delivery in the continental U.S. with most orders shipping via UPS Ground. Customers may request U.S.Postal Service with an email request, but we may refuse shipping of heavy items to P.O. boxes. Additional charges may apply. Shipping charges are calculated based on UPS's current rates, however we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice for any order without prior notice. Most orders are processed within 2 days and ship from Maryland. Orders to the West Coast require more transit time. During holidays, transit time may take longer, and is not guaranteed.
Express Delivery- please contact email@example.com with a complete address for a delivery quote. Some items are not available immediately for Express services.
Please note if using any express options: Orders received after 1 p.m. EST will ship the following business day. Shipments are not processed on weekends or holidays. Express orders may be sent UPS or USPS Priority Mail- whichever method we decide is best based on your order and your location.
$100 total to qualify for Free Shipping will be calculated before any promotional coupons are credited.
Shipping is charged per address. An order to multiple addresses that totals over $100 will not qualify for free shipping.
If you need to make special delivery arrangements, or are ordering from outside the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, VI or Puerto Rico, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a shipping quote based on our actual cost. Additional tariffs and order minimums may apply. Trade restrictions prevent us from sending certain items to overseas destinations.
International Orders: Please note that our online processor and our store are set up for U.S. orders only. Upon request, we will issue a quote for international shipping based on our actual costs. International delivery is only guaranteed as far as we can track the package, usually to Customs in the recipient's country. Delivery for untrackable orders sent by air parcel post is not guaranteed at all. We will not refund or replace items that do not arrive or that arrive damaged to destinations outside the U.S. We may refuse to ship fragile items.
We do not ship to Israel. After we pay a fortune to import Israeli items to the U.S., it makes no sense to send them back again!
OVERWEIGHT OR OVERSIZED ITEMS may have a per item surcharge added. If applicable, this will always be listed under the item description.
IMPORTANT - Please do not specify Ground Shipping on CHOCOLATE items or easily perishable food products in Summer, or if you live in an area with a warm climate. (We cannot guarantee your satisfaction or offer replacement if these products melt or spoil.) WE DO NOT SHIP PERISHABLE ITEMS TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES OR ANY P.O. BOXES.
Some items ship directly from the manufacturers and may require special handling charges. Oversized, one-of-a-kind and personalized items will incur additional handling charges and occasionally insurance and longer delivery times. FRAGILE FOOD ITEMS require special packaging and may have extra handling charges. Any additional charges will be noted in the product descriptions on our store pages.
Shipping is our biggest expense, and we pay penalty charges if the addresses provided are incorrect or incomplete. Please help us get your orders delivered quickly and efficiently- by checking apartment numbers, spelling of street names, and by sending us complete address information.
You can help us avoid raising our shipping rates by providing commerical addresses whenever possible.
Please note that if packages are undeliverable due to incorrectly supplied address information, shipping charges will not be refunded. UPS service fees for incomplete or incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. In case of damaged items, please retain all original packing materials.
An RMA authorization must be obtained before sending back merchandise. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Certain items are not refundable. Returns must be received in original condition and packaging. Shipping and return shipping will not be refunded (except in cases where products arrived damaged or defective, or where there was an error on our part. This includes our cost on orders that were shipped free.) A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to cover our costs. Restocking fees are waived for gift exchanges.
We do not accept returns on used items, opened cosmetics, toiletries or food items. Items that arrive spoiled or damaged are the only exceptions. We reserve the right to determine if an item qualifies as spoiled or damaged. Please note that imported cans of food are often dented in transit, and dented cans will not be considered damaged or refundable, unless contents are compromised.
